How much can I earn?
You can make an average of $4,780 if you complete 30 jobs.
When will I get paid?
Payments are made every Monday on a weekly basis.
What equipment do I need?
For a detailed list of required equipment, please check our Packages page. Your needs will depend on your skill level and the tools you have. For example, if you're just starting out and have basic items like a vacuum and towels, you'll qualify for our Panda X services, which is a simpler cleaning job.
Do I keep all my tips?
Yes, you get to keep 100% of your tips.
Can I use my own car?
Yes, you can use your own car. You'll just need to provide us with your vehicle registration and other important information to make sure everything is safe and secure.
Is there a rewards system?
Definitely! The more jobs you complete and the better the service you provide, the more you'll earn. We also have a rating system and milestone rewards like cash bonuses or event tickets.
What services are available to customers?
Customers can choose from three packages: Panda X, Panda White, and Panda Black. For more details, please check our customer packages page.
Full-Time or Part-Time?
You can choose your own hours. You'll set your schedule and decide whether to accept or decline jobs. Work as much or as little as you want.
Is a water tank required?
A water tank is not needed, but without one, you won't be able to do high-end jobs like Panda Black. You might also get fewer job offers. Most customers have water, but some may request jobs at their workplaces where water isn’t easily accessible.
What if a customer cancels last minute?
Customers have to pay for the service in full, and if they cancel within 24 hours, a cancellation fee is charged which goes to you. This way, your time isn't wasted.
Do I need a generator?
Having a generator isn't a must, but it can help you get more jobs.
What if a customer is picky?
We set clear expectations for customers based on their chosen package. When you arrive, you can also set expectations and suggest upgrades if you think they need more detailed cleaning.
When will I get paid?

Do I need to contact the customer before the job?
No, you don't have to. All communication is done through the app.
Should I talk to the customer when I arrive?
Being friendly with the customer when you arrive can increase your chances of getting tips and help avoid any issues. It's always good to have a quick chat before starting your work.
